Our Strategy is Empowerment versus Charity.
We empower people to solve their own poverty and fund their own purposes, callings and ministries.
Charity has its place, but it does not solve poverty. In fact, in too many cases it prolongs poverty with a culture of passivity, victimhood and corruption. Africa and Haiti are classic cases of the problems of over-used charity and aid and under-used empowerment.
Definition of Economic Empowerment
Economic Empowerment is possessing the Knowledge, Skills and Conditions
that create Sustainable and Self-Sufficient Prosperity.
Three Key Parts of our Strategy:
We teach Economic Empowerment in high poverty communities around the world.
We teach Economic Leadership to the influencers in communities and nations.
We empower Certified PPI Instructors to continue teaching our Empowerment and Leadership Workshops in their countries and to expand PPI's empowerment training to their neighboring countries.
