He bought property and had a house built for his family.
He bought property and had a three-story apartment building built. He is now looking at adding parking and more apartments next door.
He co-bought a property for a bed and breakfast for tourists in Western Kenya.
He bought property and built low-rent housing for university students.
He co-developed the Guest House in Ahero with his family.
